Kristal began her property management career in 2021 while studying for an Architecture degree. Working part-time at DB Philpott Real Estate, she earned her Property Management licence before moving into a full-time role at Ous Property Real Estate. As their sole Property Manager, Kristal managed all aspects of the portfolio, including business development, leasing, accounts, and day-to-day operations. Her efforts stabilised a struggling portfolio, earning landlords' trust and driving significant growth.

Now at Ouwens Casserly, Kristal is motivated by the opportunity to refine her skills and excel in a company that offers significant opportunities for growth. Known for her strong communication skills, she builds trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, always acting in their best interests. For Kristal, caring for landlords’ investments and fostering trust is the most rewarding part of her role.

Outside of work, Kristal enjoys spending time with her Corgi, exploring new bars with friends, and pursuing hobbies like pilates, surfing, and baking.
