Merina works across OC Property Management Field Services. She was ready for a fresh start and new career path when she stumbled upon OC and considers herself incredibly fortunate to have come across the future-shaping opportunity. Merina already knew someone in the business who spoke highly of OC, and she has found all the amazing things true in her own experience too.

Merina is driven to succeed, committed to giving everything her best whilst holding herself to very high standards. These great qualities are inspired by her parents, both of management backgrounds.

Merina loves the encouraging, supportive team-orientated environment of OC, and feels like she is part of one big family. She particularly enjoys further developing her personal and professional growth at OC.

Sport, health and fitness have always been a huge part of Merina’s life. Unable to get enough of it, you will find Merina sweating it out at the gym or battling it out on the netball court on the weekends. If she’s not on the court herself or in the gym, you are bound to find her cheering loudly from the sidelines as the number one fan of her twin siblings’ sports games.
