Nathan Casserly is Managing Director and co-founder of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate, better known as OC. Established in 2014, Ouwens Casserly is a dynamic & innovative property firm based in South Australia, specialising in residential sales, property management and project marketing.

Nathan’s exceptional leadership skills, business acumen and industry experience has seen OC grow to a team that now employs more than 115 property professionals, manages close to 1780 investment properties, and consistently sells more than 1000 homes a year.

Deciding to enter real estate in 2007, after six years as a school teacher, Nathan has a Diploma of Management, Bachelor of Education and is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors. It is no surprise to hear that Nathan has an endless appetite for knowledge and inspires a ‘learn it all culture’ across the business and wider industry. He is often seen presenting at industry conferences and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals, including his own team.

Nathan thrives in fast paced environments such as the property market, and is known for his excellent communication skills, reliability, auctioneering, and for being a brilliant negotiator.

Nathan is driven by the company’s Values and its Vision to help people realise their dreams and aspirations through property. His aptitude for innovation and future thinking will ensure OC continues to progress and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
