Ouwens Casserly’s digital marketing tools
In response to the Coronavirus developments, Ouwens Casserly decided to move our property inspections to private viewings by appointment only.
With the recent announcement from the Prime Minister outlining the temporary ceasing of open inspections and auctions, we are respecting these directions and taking advantage of the technology we have at our disposal.
Over the last two weeks that these measures have been in place, we have sold 14 properties and listed 45. We are still working for our clients as hard as ever and believe we can still deliver the results to help achieve the property dreams of those in the market.
Take a look at the ways we are adapting to these conditions and how we are conducting our property activity.
1. Virtual Tours
Moving forward, the majority of our properties will include a full house tour video.
The virtual tour will be a walkthrough of the whole property allowing potential purchasers to get up close and personal with the space without having to get off the couch.
Private viewings will be used where possible, and we will supplement this with virtual opens and appraisals.
2. Furnish
Those familiar with our website will know we have an option called OC Furnish.
This enables purchasers to visualise what certain furniture would look like in a property they are interested in without having to leave their own home.
This is a great feature to be able to visualise how your furniture would fit in a certain room or what potential styles would look like in the space.
3. Kitchen Styler
Another handy element available on our properties is the Kitchen Styler.
Love one of our homes but think the kitchen needs a facelift? Now you can customize benchtops, cabinets, flooring and even the splashback without having to buy a sample or set foot in the property.
4. Panorama
In addition to virtual tours, we are taking it one step further.
Our panorama function features a 5 spot 3D click through of a property allowing you to stop, rotate and zoom on particular areas of the home for added detail.
5. We are here to help
It is clear we all need to do our part and keep each other safe during this time, and self-isolating is a great opportunity to look at property virtually through our online tools or book in a one on one appointment with our agents.
