What is your elevator statement?
It’s all about affordable luxurious accommodation amongst the wines.
Why did you choose Blewitt Springs to set up your business?
Captures all the views over the vineyards and the Mt Lofty Ranges – shows what McLaren Vale has on offer. There are several cellar doors in walking distance to our cottages – that’s why we are here. We looked at multiple wine regions across Australia and picking McLaren Vale/Blewitt Springs was an easy decision, it ticked all the boxes for us.
What are some of the secrets you like to share with interstate visitors and tourists when they stop in?
A lot of our guests really enjoy walking so we put together a 5km walking tour map. It starts off with breakfast here, visits to 5 wineries close by and finishes at The Current Shed for lunch. It’s our favourite restaurant here, it’s brilliant and our guests love it.
