Assistant Property Manager – Eastwood

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our dedicated team of Leasing Partners and Property Managers, providing both administrative and on-the-ground support for our property portfolio. This role is perfect for a driven individual eager to be mentored by industry experts and passionate about building a rewarding career in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting ingoing and routine inspections.
• Assisting Property Managers with final inspections.
• Maintaining excellent communication with tenants via email and phone.
• Managing daily rent arrears.
• Overseeing weekly water arrears.
• Preparing tenant packs.
• Providing additional support to Property Managers as needed.

ARE YOU OUR NEXT ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER?

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

• A current Property Management license (essential)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the industry
