Brett joined Ouwens Casserly Property Management in 2015 after many years of working in customer service. His long tenure in the company has allowed him to form strong professional relationships with landlords, and his tenants continue to come back because of the great service they receive.

A hard worker and excellent communicator, Brett strives to ensure that his landlords and tenants alike are kept well informed and up-to-date to ensure all parties are happy with the end result, that being both a stress-free management and tenancy.

Brett was the proud receiver of OCPM Property Manager of the Year Award in 2019/2020.

Outside of kicking goals in Property Management, Brett is an avid travel of the world and thoroughly enjoys immersing himself in different cultures and the unique experiences this brings.

Understanding of the ‘lived in’ and ‘living in’ status of the house and reports quarterly only on what is NEEDED for upkeep not what will be required from an Exit Inspection (we have no intention of leaving and don’t get the feeling, at this stage, the owner or agent want us gone – that’s a good feeling!
