Elise values fairness and transparency, and is driven by a desire to ensure that landlords’ investments are well maintained and that tenants feel safe and respected in their homes. Her studies in law have given her a solid understanding of legislation and conflict resolution, which she uses to help navigate challenges with professionalism and care.

Motivated by her family’s work ethic and values, Elise is committed to building a long-term career in property and growing into a senior role. She thrives on helping others and finds satisfaction in creating positive outcomes and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Elise is actively involved in her local church and community, volunteering for initiatives supporting those in need. She also enjoys hiking and going to the gym.
