Kaitlyn Beere began her real estate career with Ouwens Casserly Property Management in January 2015 as a Trainee Assistant Property Manager. She has been mentored by senior property managers and has perfected her craft. Now a landlord herself, Kaitlyn’s intimate knowledge of the tenancy process from both sides ensures she can provide great support to tenants and landlords alike.

Her attention to detail, ability to have authentic conversations and tenacious attitude towards ‘the right thing’, see’s Kaitlyn held in high stead, both as a shining example internally, and in her dealings with everyone she meets.

Kaitlyn demonstrates her skillset across all areas of Ouwens Casserly Property Management and you might find yourself chatting with her when she’s relieving colleagues when they’re on annual leave.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn is a passionate supporter of the Cancer Council’s annual Relay For Life event, assisting in raising much needed funds for cancer research.
