With a deep commitment to operations and team culture, Merina has rapidly progressed through a variety of roles at OC. Starting as a Receptionist and working her way up to Operations Coordinator, she has gained invaluable experience across every facet of the business.

Known for her dedication to providing exceptional customer service and supporting team growth, Merina is passionate about creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.

In her role as PM Operations Coordinator, Merina leads with humility and purpose, mentoring her team, overseeing daily operations, and streamlining processes. She thrives in OC’s supportive, family-like culture and is proud to align her work with the company’s values of passion, precision, authenticity, and optimism.

Her focus on strategic planning, process optimization, and change management has been instrumental in guiding the team through transitions like rent roll acquisitions and new system implementations.

Merina’s leadership has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, including the 2023 OC Values Award, the 2023 REISA Award for Excellence Future Leader Award, and the 2024 REISA Award for Excellence in Operational Support.

Beyond work, she is a lifelong sports, health, and fitness enthusiast, staying active at the gym and playing netball and basketball. She is also pursuing a graduate degree in Business & Administration, with plans to complete her MBA, furthering her professional development.
