Simone began as an Assistant Property Manager with Ouwens Casserly Property Management in 2014. Through hard work, dedication and an ever-professional matter, Simone has worked her way up from this position and is now one of our Senior Property Managers.

As a property investor herself, Simone has an intimate understanding of the pressures that can be involved in trusting your largest asset with someone to lease and manage. Trust, honesty and exceptional communication are key components to what Simone believes are the foundations to a good relationship.

At the 2019 OCRE Annual Awards, Simone was the recipient of both the Authenticity and Property Manager of the Year awards. These significant achievements are testament to her nature and determination to succeed across all facets of her role.

Outside the office, Simone loves travelling the world, spending weekends at the river, hiking, keeping active and generally being outdoors.
