About the Role:

As a Professional Host, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind our guest experience. From seamless check-ins to heartfelt recommendations, you’ll ensure every stay is exceptional. You’ll also handle bookings, messages, and minor troubleshooting—all with a warm, can-do attitude. We are currently looking for Hosts in the South Coast & Adelaide regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Managing bookings, enquiries, and guest requests
• Ensuring properties are presented beautifully and meet high cleanliness standards
• Going above and beyond to make guests feel special—think thoughtful touches and local recommendations
