Office Manager


Location: Based at Eastwood and across all OC offices
Department: Central Support
Report to: Chief Operations Officer

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our Eastwood Head Office. This role also includes managing office-related projects, overseeing equipment, and supporting overall office functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

Office Coordination:
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for facilities-related matters.
  • Coordinate building maintenance requests, repairs, and liaise with contractors or service providers.
  • Support the organisation of office spaces, including meeting room setups, seating arrangements, and equipment allocation.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies and manage procurement as needed.
  • Assist with safety checks and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
 IT Support:
  • Provide first-level IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining IT equipment, such as computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers for advanced issue resolution and maintenance.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and managing IT access and hardware.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in ordering and tracking equipment.
 General:
  • Assist in IT and facilities-related projects, such as office relocations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain records of IT and facilities activities for management reporting.
  • Representative of the WHS committee.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities coordination or office management.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
