Property Manager – Eastwood


Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Property Management, the Property Manager supports the property portfolio by developing and maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining exceptional property management, including landlord communication and providing professional guidance regarding the current rental market and advice in line with the Legislation
  • Responding to tenant queries efficiently and professionally
  • Overseeing all tasks as required for successful portfolio management, including overseeing those tasks carried out by other OC employees (i.e. Assistant Property Managers, Routine Inspectors, Maintenance coordinators etc.)
  • Conducting final inspections at the end of a lease and any associated bond resolutions required for the property
  • Responding to and resolving maintenance enquiries
  • Reviewing routine inspection reports to landlords and following up on required tenant actions
  • Liaison with landlords and tenants to negotiate lease renewals
  • Attending tribunal hearings as required
  • Overseeing your Assistant’s leasing of properties, ingoings, application screening and arrears management
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Provide additional support to the OCPM team as required
