Sales Consultant

The primary objective of the Sales Agent is to prospect, list and sell real estate.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting new business both within and outside of the database
  • Listing properties in line with OC’s best practice standards
  • Selling properties in line with OC’s best practice standards
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date.
  • Always promote the OC brand positively, network with new agents, help grow the office.
  • Lead by example, ensuring individual compliance is in line with OC standards and legislation.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and the wider OC business to share leads and opportunities.
  • Represent the agency at local community functions and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • A current Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Real estate experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Database management experience (CRM)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service experience
