Through this platform, we provide our customers with access to off-market and soon-to-be-released properties before they hit the market.
The OC team has been reviewing the platform over the last few months to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. After conducting an extensive review process and receiving feedback from our customers. We are thrilled to announce the launch of OC First, our revised, refreshed, and improved product.
What is OC First?
OC First is an online platform that provides OC’s registered buyers to preview coming soon listings and off-market listings on the OC First site. Customers can gain exclusive access to these properties by creating an account on the OC website. Once logged in, the customer can view the listing details for OC First’s forthcoming and off-market listings.
All of OC’s listings will appear here before hitting the full market/released to the general public. Home buyers on the OC First database will then receive buyer alerts via email and SMS, informing them of properties that match their home buying criteria.

How do I register?
To register, head to our website where you can navigate to our OC First portal. You can fill out the available form by entering your details and buyer requirements to gain access to OC First properties. Now that you’re in our OC First database, you can browse our entire listing list.
Why do I need to enter my details?
The goal of this step is to ensure you receive targeted properties that meet your specifications. From the date of registering, OC First will send you alerts matching your requirements before anyone else, via email or SMS
Do I need a password to login once I have registered?
No, simply hit the “Already Registered” button and enter your email address. This will log you back into the portal.
I have signed up to OC First previously, do I need to register again?
No, just hit the “Already Registered” button and add your email address to view the properties.
My buying requirements have changed, how do I update them?
The email alerts that you receive contain an option to update your buying preferences. Simply click the button that says “Update my preferences” within the email.
I have found my home, now what?
You can update your preferences or unsubscribe from the property alerts you receive. If at any point you are back in the market, simply re-register online.
