Documentation
You can find all the necessary documentation for a property on the listing’s individual page on our website, under the ‘Property Tools’ heading.
Contact your agent
SMS, call or email the agent for the property you are interested in to register for the open inspection.
With only 10 people allowed to enter a property at one time, those who have registered prior will have priority to inspect the property first. If you don’t mind waiting, you can arrive at the designated open time slot, although may be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside if there is more than 10 people.
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms we ask you refrain from attending the open inspection to ensure the safety of our agents and other clients.
At the open
OC agents have been provided with clear signage for attendees to read upon arrival at the inspection. If you are attending a public inspection, there will only be groups of up to 10 people allowed into the home at a time, it is encouraged to situate yourself with a comfortable amount of space between yourself and anyone attending the private inspections.
For those who have organised with the agent for a private viewing by registering, inspections will be staggered as much as possible and after the inspections are complete, a clean and wipe down all on all hard surfaces, door handles & light switches with anti-bacterial wipes will be done.
