Business Name: Oxenberry Farm – 26-30 Kangarilla Rd, McLaren Vale

We call it the birthplace of McLaren Vale.

What is your elevator statement?

We wanted to create and renew part of the original story of McLaren Vale and this is Oxenberry Farm.

What are some of the secrets you like to share with interstate visitors and tourists when they stop in?

Apart from the natural beauty, climate and fantastic wines – the best in Australia – I think it’s just the lifestyle we have here. We have beautiful hills 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches another 10 minutes west of us. I’ve seen a lot of places around the world and we’re very lucky to live in this area.

Why did you choose this site in McLaren Vale to set up a business or was it chosen for you?

My brother and I were born and grew up about 300m from the property here and we’ve always had an affiliation with the area. We love McLaren Vale and when the opportunity came up to buy this place we jumped at it.

Next time you are in McLaren Vale be sure to visit Stacey at Oxenberry Farm.
