I live in the city of Adelaide & have investment properties across the city. The return is excellent, and there is always demand – a sure bet!

The city’s west end is becoming increasingly vibrant – a good mix of cafes, restaurants, bars & boutique shopping. All areas of the parklands are attractive, along with Hutt Street.

What interesting market trends do you foresee in Adelaide CBD for 2024?

There is strong demand for cottages, two-storey townhouses, and houses – they are tightly held.

Are there any underrated neighbourhoods or properties in Adelaide CBD that buyers should consider?

Potential warehouse conversions and older style two-storey townhouses, offering great potential to renovate.

This is a difficult one …. there are so many. Fugazzi in Leigh Street is a personal favourite.
