We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join the team on a full-time basis at either our Eastwood or Lonsdale office locations.

THE ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER…

The Assistant Property Manager works closely with our team of Leasing Partners and Property Managers to provide both administrative and out-of-office support within the team’s allocated property portfolio.

This is a full-time position and is ideal for a motivated individual who has at least 1 year of experience in the industry and is looking to be mentored by highly skilled professionals, to progress their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ingoing & routine inspections
  • Providing support to Property Managers for final & outgoing inspections
  • Ensuring excellent communication with tenants via email and phone
  • Completing daily rent arrears
  • Completing weekly water arrears
  • Preparing tenant packs
  • Organising key cutting for tenants and landlords
  • Drafting forms relating to tenant breach notices
  • Providing additional support to Property Managers as required

ARE YOU OC’S NEXT ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER?…

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • A current Property Management license (essential)
  • A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • A passion for real estate & growth in the industry!
