About the Opportunity:

The New Business Executive (NBE) plays a key role in prospecting & listing new rental properties on the market and implementing team strategies to attract new business opportunities. This is a rewarding role for someone looking to use their sales and/or real estate experience to drive business development, attract opportunities, and retain relationships.

The location for this role is flexible at either our Eastwood, Lonsdale, or Henley Beach office locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and list properties, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Implement team strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Execute team strategies to retain existing business relationships.
  • Conduct business development activities including lead generation and lead nurturing.
  • Prepare listing materials and presentations to showcase properties effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with landlords in alignment with OC’s customer service standards.

Are You OC’s Next New Business Executive?

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Property management license or willingness to obtain (essential)
  • Previous sales experience (desirable)
  • Previous real estate experience (desirable)
  • Database management experience (CRM)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service experience
