How it works?
OC will fund your real estate qualification and support your traineeship by providing a training environment where you can learn alongside South Australia’s top-performing professionals whilst studying. You will also be supported with time to complete your study during business hours.
Upon completion of your studies, you will be a qualified and skilled Sales Associate, playing a key role in supporting our agents to prospect, list and sell whilst also developing the skills to build your own network. Our experienced Sales Manager will coach and develop you to support your career pathway into residential sales.
