How did you come up with the name Inkwell?

Inkwell is the name of a beach in Martha’s Vineyard off of Cape Cod that is very famous.

What is your elevator statement?

Come and stay at the Hotel California Road and taste wines at Inkwell.

What are some of the hidden gems you like to share with interstate visitors and tourists when they stop in?

There are so many cellar doors, so many amazing restaurants to visit and see.

Why did you choose McLaren Vale to set up the business?

I toured around 15 regions in Australia and McLaren Vale just stood out as the best place to be.
