2025 Recap: Bold, United & Elevated

As we close the door on 2025, we do so with pride. This has been a defining year for OC, shaped by bold thinking, strong leadership and a shared commitment to doing real estate differently.

The first half of the year marked a major milestone. OC was named REIA Residential Agency of the Year and REB Major Independent of the Year, national recognition that affirmed our direction, our culture and the way we show up for our clients every day.

Performance followed purpose. Throughout the year, OC sold more than 1,200 properties with a combined value approaching $1.47 billion. We achieved a 90.14% auction clearance rate, with homes selling in an average of just 25 days. Across 6,442 open inspections, we welcomed 48,234 attendees, creating genuine connections between buyers, sellers and our people.

Our Property Management division continued to lead from the front, managing more than 4,000 properties while maintaining a customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5.

One of the most significant moments of the year came in August with the launch of our refreshed OC brand. This was not change for the sake of change. It was a bold evolution that reflects who we are today and where we are heading.

The refreshed brand brings clarity, cohesion and confidence across every division, reinforcing OC as a modern, people-first real estate brand that continues to set the standard. It was an invitation to our clients, partners and communities to open the door to a new chapter with OC.

Momentum continued through strategic growth on the ground, with the opening of our Goolwa and Victor Harbor offices. These new locations strengthen our presence in South Australia’s lifestyle-driven coastal markets and reflect our long-term commitment to the communities we serve.

In the second half of the year, OC Projects once again demonstrated market leadership, winning the REISA Award for Project Marketing Developments for the second consecutive year. Our focus on innovation was also recognised nationally, with OC Property Management receiving the REB PMX Award for Innovation, highlighting our continued investment in smarter systems and better outcomes for clients.

At OC, our people are the foundation of everything we do. In 2025, we expanded employee health benefits, introduced Community Paid Leave and continued to invest in industry-leading training and development. These initiatives contributed to a staff engagement score of 83% and an employee retention rate of 84%, creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.
