Australia’s top property management professionals gathered in Sydney on Thursday, 27 November for the inaugural REB Property Management Excellence Awards, a national celebration of leadership, innovation and progress across the industry.
We are proud to share that OC has been named Winner in the Innovation in Property Management category. This award recognises the way our PM team continues to challenge old standards, adopt smarter systems and set a new benchmark for property management in South Australia and beyond.
OC also received national finalist recognition in several categories, including Major Independent Agency Property Management and Training and Development Program of the Year. These achievements highlight the strength and depth of our PM division and the positive impact our team is making across the country.
