On Saturday, 1 November, the South Australian real estate community gathered at Adelaide Oval for the REISA Awards for Excellence 2025, an evening celebrating innovation, leadership and dedication in our industry.
We are proud to share that OC Projects took home the Project Marketing Developments Award for The Osmond, Norwood, marking our second consecutive win after last year’s victory for Rose Park Apartments at the 2024 REISA Awards. This back-to-back recognition reflects the team’s creativity, strategic vision and deep connection with Adelaide’s development market.
