Inspired by beachside Californian Modernism, MESA, a limited release of just six, Torrens title beachfront residences had a very clear vision right from the outset. The team at OC Projects shared our vision for these homes, their expert advice on the strategy regarding the sales and marketing campaign, combined with the premium positioning for this project saw these luxurious residences snapped up in less than 6 weeks, a result we were genuinely thrilled with.

ICD Property engaged OC Projects as sales agents for Market Square, an iconic redevelopment in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. Right from the outset we knew we had partnered with a team that were professional and passionate about this historic site. OC Projects combined their extensive local knowledge of residential real estate with their expertise in Project Marketing and Sales to work alongside the rest of the sales team and contribute towards a great campaign that resulted in Market Square becoming the fastest selling project of its size in Adelaide’s history.

Our families dealings with Daniel over the years has always been excellent, both buying from him and using him to sell property. He has great knowledge of his market, is honest and reliable, gave us a very good indication of the market at the time and achieved a result at the top end of those expectations. OCP were engaged very early in the process to work with Arcadian, Studio 9 and other stakeholders. From the initial brief, they worked with the branding agency to position the project, and their advice in “who” would be our target market was invaluable and in the end unbelievably accurate. Their internal digital team did exactly what they said they’d do… deliver 2700 qualified leads to get 27 sales, which is 99% complete now. To think that this process won the State UDIA Marketing Excellence award and has now been nominated for a National title was also pretty impressive. Consistent communication and reporting were also a hallmark, in our time in the development space the best we’ve ever encountered.
