Nathan Casserly is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate, better known as OC. Established in 2014, OC is a dynamic and innovative property firm specialising in residential sales, property management, and project marketing. Nathan’s exceptional leadership, business acumen, and industry experience have seen OC grow into a team of more than 170 professionals, managing close to 4,000 investment properties and consistently selling over 1,400 homes per year. After six years as a schoolteacher, Nathan entered the real estate industry in 2007. He holds a Diploma of Management, a Bachelor of Education, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. With an insatiable appetite for learning, Nathan fosters a ‘learn-it-all’ culture within the business and across the industry. He is frequently invited to present at industry conferences and mentor the next generation of real estate professionals, including members of his own team. Nathan thrives in fast-paced environments like the property market and is widely respected for his communication skills, reliability, auctioneering talent, and outstanding negotiation ability. He is driven by the company’s values and vision — to help people realise their dreams and aspirations through property. Nathan is married to Rachel and is the proud father of two daughters, Annabel and Audrey.
