Hello and welcome to my story about why I’m in real estate, and why I would love to help you. First a snapshot of my resume for you: I have always enjoyed work, from painting with my late father in the school holidays as a kid, to gardening in high school, mopping floors at Foodland, then a roof plumbing apprenticeship which led me to the biggest construction sites all over Australia. Saras my wife and our 3 children Kavita, Shanti and Siva settled in Willunga in 1988, Southern Vales roofing being our first business, followed by over 18 years in our family business Willunga antiques. In 2008 I started with First National Real Estate, then became principal in 2012, receiving numerous awards, including Number 1 Salesperson for 2014, 2015 & 2016 across the entire group in SA and NT. I believe to stay fresh I need to continually challenge myself to be able to offer world class service, so in 2018 I partnered with Alex Ouwens and Nathan Casserly, recognising shared values of authenticity, optimism, passion and precision, also proudly South Australian. Family, friends, furniture, belongings, indoor and outdoor spaces, community and sense of belonging is what a place called home is. Real estate brings it all together, that’s why I love it.
