His career began overseas in marketing and operations for a premium lifestyle and shopping centre in a major central business district.

Since relocating to South Australia, Renz has found his stride in residential property management. Known for his solution-focused mindset, he’s passionate about building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, always aiming to deliver a seamless and rewarding rental experience.

At OC, Renz specialises in detailed inspections and clear stakeholder communication, ensuring every detail is handled with care. His structured approach and calm presence under pressure make him a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll find Renz enjoying the outdoors with his wife and camera or on the volleyball court, playing libero for the Central Adelaide Volleyball Club and Team United.
