After more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Victoria brings a wealth of experience & negotiating skills to the Ouwens Casserly team, along with her enthusiasm & dedication to achieve the best possible result in every transaction.

Having spent some 14 years in the hospitality industry before achieving her qualifications to enter the South Australian real estate marketplace, she has spent many years dealing with a broad range of people from all walks of life. This has stood her in good stead in managing the sale process on behalf of her clients, who sometimes find that the sale & purchase of a home can be stressful.

Victoria says, “our aim, at all times, is to make the journey, whether selling or purchasing, as stress free as possible”. After some time at the historic Ayers House restaurants & function centre, she spent over 6 years in the South East of South Australia as the Manager of Padthaway Estate, which was a Country House Hotel/Restaurant, incorporating fine dining, a cellar door sales outlet, 100 acres of vineyard, plus a shearers quarters for more casual accommodation. Later she also took up a contract position for 6 months as Guest Relations Manager at the Queensland Golden Door Health Retreat, which added a new dimension to her hospitality career.

Since then, her real estate career has flourished over many years, predominantly in the eastern suburbs, along with the inner south & inner north surrounds of Adelaide, with many successes in luxury property sales. Many of her loyal clients have entrusted her with multiple property sales over her many years of service to the industry.
