With a diverse background across science, small business and customer service, Charmaine is highly regarded for her communication skills, organisation and dedication to delivering excellent client experiences. Her connection to OC began well before her current role, having experienced the team's support as a client. Inspired by the company’s values and people-first culture, Charmaine is proud to be part of a workplace where collaboration and care are at the heart of everything. She values every stage of the client journey and takes pride in helping people feel supported throughout the process. Charmaine is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference and is committed to bringing warmth, integrity and consistency to every interaction. Her career journey has included helping to build a successful family business in the residential construction industry, and completing a degree in Applied Science and Microbiology. These experiences have shaped her strong work ethic and belief in the value of resilience, teamwork and trust. Charmaine is also active in her community, having volunteered in fundraising efforts and coached junior netball teams. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children and grandchildren, reading a good book, or relaxing with a few Fruchocs when time allows.
