Warm, approachable and naturally people focused, Kristy brings a calm confidence to every interaction. With one to three years in the industry, she has already built strong foundations as both a Property Manager and Property Management Assistant, working closely with senior and remote managers and gaining hands‑on experience across inspections, client communication, scheduling and portfolio support.

Kristy is driven by a genuine passion for helping others. She strives to make every experience feel clear, fair and stress free, whether she is supporting a landlord, tenant or contractor. Her motivation comes from being surrounded by positive, hardworking colleagues at OC, and she is committed to becoming the kind of Property Manager clients describe as helpful, friendly and dependable.

On her days off, Kristy is on the tennis court or at home with her partner and two Miniature Dachshunds.
