For Maddy Tan, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling property. She genuinely loves every part of the process—from preparing a home for market and creating a tailored marketing campaign, to negotiating the best outcome and helping clients move into their next chapter.

Working alongside Amity Dry at OC, Maddy combines her Marketing background with a strong belief that great communication is the foundation of every successful property journey. She prides herself on keeping clients informed, being someone they can rely on, and making what can often feel like an overwhelming process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Having purchased two properties herself and recently completed the renovation of her own home, Maddy understands the excitement, challenges and emotions that come with every property journey.

Outside of work, Maddy is a self-confessed homebody who loves cooking, spending time with family and friends, keeping active at the gym or on a run, tackling the next project around the house, and making the most of Adelaide’s beaches with her Aussie Shepherd.
