Located in the jewel of the south coast - Port Elliot, this could be your dream downsizer, perfect holiday home or boutique short-stay rental property. Built in the late 1880's, the cottage boasts instant street appeal with an original bullnose verandah clad with flowering wisteria. Step inside and discover an immaculately preserved classic interior with high ceilings, polished timber floors and original fireplaces. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with fireplaces, and a graceful lounge with wood burning combustion heater. To the rear, a spectacular gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including oven and gas stovetop, concrete bench tops and ample storage. The bathroom has been completely modernised with all the indulgent high end finishes you'd expect in a boutique hotel.
