Onkaparinga Acreage with Double the Dwellings Set among open rolling hills, surrounded by nature and productive vines, relax under the stars and enjoy the fresh air. This Onkaparinga Hills property provides a semi-rural opportunity and escape like no other. Uniquely offering two dwellings on the one title and the potential for one more on a separate title (STCC), you can house the largest of families – with independence and proximity to one-another in two different homes. One, a beautifully restored character-laden shearer's cottage. The other; a generous three-bedroom Rivergum home. With 5 acres of dry-grown Grenache vines, drinkable water bore and some 22 acres (approx) of space, this beautiful double property in the Onkaparinga Hills is a dream retreat for nature lovers who want the best of both worlds. Just a short drive from shops and services, Adelaide's picturesque southern coastline and McLaren Vale wines; Onkaparinga Hills is a sought-after spot with transport links to the city and the south. With iconic animals and birds literally on your doorstep, there's a lifestyle here you will fall in love with. Immaculately and lovingly restored, this approximately century-old cottage contains two-bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, and a tastefully modernised kitchen with appliances. An open deck and porch for entertaining and relaxation, steps into a well-portioned, intimate yet spacious living room. Clean and neat- there's opportunity to re-engage and reinvigorate the way you live, with lifestyle, nature and connection core considerations. More contemporary, but with its own charm overlooking the gardens, your second property is ripe for living. Modest, spacious and functional, containing a huge open plan living space and kitchen with island benchtop, and adjoining dining and lounge that wraps around one side of the home. Sleep options here are three bedrooms with robes, a master bedroom with walk in robe and two-way bathroom, including bath and shower. It's a true family home with space to play with. Complete with separate toilet and laundry, it's well-lit and well ventilated, includes a combustion heater for those cosy nights in winter and air-con to keep cool in summer and with solar on the roof; you don't need to turn it off. A beautiful garden and treescape encircles your home; connect with nature and enjoy your surrounds. Contact Jason & Julie today as your Onkaparinga abode and acreage awaits. RLA296441
