Attention tradespeople and energetic renovators. This unique residential property consists of two free standing residences – one in need of a comprehensive makeover and the other a neat, two bedroom unit with its own street frontage and parking. Astute investors will see the potential to draw two incomes in a sought-after rental area - owner occupiers will recognise a very affordable entry point into tightly held Clapham with the added bonus of a granny flat, airBnB or separate leasing opportunity.
The main house comprises 6 generously proportioned main rooms plus sunroom and 2 bathrooms and boasts fine craftsman details throughout. The unit, in architect brick facing Windermere Ave, would provide a comfortable base whilst the renovation is underway and comprises two bedrooms, a living and dining area, modern kitchen, neat bathroom, laundry, private paved courtyard garden and separate driveway with carport.
Buyers with a vision, will surely reap the rewards in this increasingly popular locale close to fine schools, public transport, Mitcham Village and only 7kms from the CBD.
