"TARPEENA" is a rare property. Offering seclusion with city and sea views, this inspired home sits snugly on around sixteen gorgeous acres. Designed by Val Mohyla Architects and built by Clay Cube in 1980, the result is a unique blend of relaxed country living meets contemporary design. More than a house, Tarpeena is a lifestyle in the truest sense of the word. Meander down the long Liquid Amber lined driveway to begin your journey.
The home comprises four generous bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. An open kitchen and family room in natural timber evokes a sense of space and provides the natural meeting spot for casual get togethers. A large formal dining room is just waiting for your next dinner party and special event too. Cold mornings? No problems, you'll love the main bathroom with its two person spa and underfloor heating.
Nature lovers and foodies will appreciate the small fruit and nut orchard with a combination of rare and common trees including avocados, macadamias, mulberries and guavas to mention a few. Imagine just wandering out with a basket to create your own table of delights!
Horse enthusiasts get excited, there's a full size manege and huge 24m shed with jarrah lined stables. Let's face it, there's a reason you want this much glorious space! Ride, work and live with your favourite animals.
Blackwood with a good selection of schools and shopping is around ten minutes away and the city also convenient with an easy, picturesque drive of approximately forty minutes. Don't delay as acreages of this quality are few and in high demand.
