OFFERS CLOSING MONDAY 12/04 AT 5PM
Perched on approx. 560m2 of land, (frontage 13.52m x depth 41.35m) this basic stone fronted deco style property is being sold to finalise a deceased estate. Having been left unloved for some time, what was once a comfortable home is now a project for renovation or the chance to demolish (STCC) having secured a parcel of prime Goodwood land.
What we love about the property
- Brilliantly located in the heart of Goodwood
- Cute stone character façade
- 5 main rooms and a lean-to
- Unexpected double garage with concrete slab, power and lights
- Approx 560m2 land
- Zoned for Glenunga International High School
Brilliantly located between the vibrant Goodwood Rd and King William Rd precincts and walking distance to the tram or bus, 12 Weller is a great place to start. Not currently liveable and needing a total renovation, you can capitalise on the opportunity to purchase in Goodwood at a land value level.
