Sold off-market by Nick van Vliet & John Lewis

Another property sold via OC First. Please contact Nick or John for all your property advice. 16 acres, elevated, secluded, spectacular views Properties with these views tend to be very tightly held, this one is for sale for the first time in nearly 50 years Set about as high as you can above the McLaren Vale wine region, enjoying spectacular views towards the Ranges over the scenic countryside, vineyards, townships and distant sea glimpses. Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, dual living areas, several sheds including large workshop with 3 phase power, 3.5 acre Shiraz and Riesling vineyard, native scrub and pine forest. The vendors have loved living here, but the time has come to downsize. The home was built in 1975 with brick veneer construction, and is in very good, mostly original condition. When you sit down and admire the views here, they take your breath away, so it's been hard to prepare the property for "show home", hence the sales campaign is commencing with a discreet VIP preview release only. There's still a little clutter, hence no internal photos, but upon inspection you'll see you can move straight in and enjoy country life, or choose to update in your own personal style What we love about the property: Indoors: • Views from every window • High ceilings • Parquetry flooring • Front door leads into an entrance passageway with coffered ceiling and chandelier • Open plan living/ dine/ country style oak kitchen with wall oven, Miele induction cooktop Miele dishwasher, step in pantry cupboard and generous fridge space. If you're prepared to share the site with others, perhaps this could be the ideal pace for your venture (stcc). McLaren Flat and McLaren Vale Townships are nearby, and Adelaide CBD only 45km For years real estate agents have been saying "million dollar views". Well, we've had inflation over the years, now it's 2 million dollar views, but this one comes with change in your pocket. The camera does not compete with your human eyes, do yourself a favour and come and inspect this property for yourself, you will be blown away by the views, you're gonna love it.
