Designed by Pauline Hurren to capture the Northerly light and wonderful far-reaching treetop views, this home has an excellent balance of accommodation and living which extends to the outdoors.
One of the greatest features of this allotment is the 200m frontage to the Sturt River where two permanent creeks meet "Ngaralin" - The meeting of the waters.
There is a delightful secluded area which includes ponds and garden within a protected valley. A perfect place to meditate and allow nature to gently re-energize you before or after you start your day...
That alone has a value far beyond money...
The home itself has much potential for someone to create a future and add their own touches to this character residence. This home has a conservative facade, which conceals the special living space within.
