Fantastic first chance !!

A very nice house that could use a few touches to transform it, but a good base to start with. Three bedrooms all are a decent sized, nice large lounge and dine with reverse cycle air conditioner, kitchen with electric cooking, bathroom with separate toilet. Roller shutters across the front to keep the noise out and the home warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Full length rear verandah, single carport, double garage which is lined and has been used as a games room, 2mx3m garden shed, cassette rain water tank, shaded pergola. All on a large 881sqm allotment.
