UBER CHIC ARCHITECTURAL STYLE
Set in a quiet street amongst an array of pretty character cottages & stylish, individual Architect-designed townhomes, this striking, warehouse-style two-storey townhome was designed by Adelaide Architect, Nic Salvati & built by Award-Winning 'Prostruct' in 2004. The brief was to create an "Entertainer" & "Art Gallery" space, with tall open void upon entry, providing abundant natural light, whilst the overall environment is that of a private sanctuary.
Ground Floor:- There are 2 double bedrooms, both fitted with white high-gloss 2-pac built-in robes (including power & antenna connection in each robe) & sliding doors opening to the private, open-air courtyard, featuring 2 garden walls with automated irrigation system.
The main bedroom offers a sparkling new en-suite with heated towel rail, heated lighting & temperature-controlled water. A 2nd stylish bathroom is positioned alongside of bedroom 2, also offering a heated towel rail, heated lighting & temperature-controlled water.
Central to the ground floor is a walk-through library & study space, which includes extensive quality bookshelves & additional storage.
The double garage includes a tiled-floor laundry, storage with broom/mop cupboard & additional cupboards. There is a 20 amp EV charger installed for an electric car & Tindo solar panel 4.4kw system (on roof), LG battery back-up & Solax inverter.
Upper Floor:- The striking Chefs/Entertainers kitchen offers polished black granite benchtops complementing the high-gloss white cabinetry and frosted-white glass splashbacks & wall panels. There is a 900mm wide Neff induction cooktop (alternate gas supply installed in wall behind stove), Neff pyrolitic oven, ducted exhaust, 'Billi' instant hot water & chilled water, Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher & a sensational Butler's pantry fitted with extensive shelving.
The kitchen adjoins light & airy, north-facing dining & living areas, complete with a full wall of commercial-grade sliding doors opening to magnificent terrace entertaining, offering remote-controlled aluminium shade louvres.
The living area also includes a recessed provision for your flatscreen television, which has been cleverly screened with artwork panels on slides (Note: Both artwork pieces are included in the sale).
