AUCTION Sat 30 Jan at 12.30pm (usp)
Rarely does a property come up in Windsor Gardens with views directly over Linear Park and further onto the Adelaide Hills. Sit down, relax and enjoy the ever changing shadows of the landscape whilst watching and listening to the plethora of bird life. This really is a unique opportunity.
A home with exciting potential to either stamp your own personal wants and needs, or redevelop subject to the necessary consents of the Port Adelaide Enfield Council. A home in need of work, whilst offering an amazing lifestyle as reward for effort. A home which has been loved by the same family for over 35 years.
There are 3 well sized bedrooms upstairs, along with a huge living/dining room which takes advantage of the amazing views. Through a set of sliding doors, the rear deck allows the occupants to participate in the great outdoors. Enjoy the serenity of this amazing location. A stairwell takes you down to a large and versatile downstairs room which could be a 4th bedroom, teenage retreat or rumpus/hobby room.
Outside is a single undercover carport with room for an additional off street car park. The block is approximately 710m2 in size, with plenty of potential to create your own oasis. Words are not enough... You really need to come and check this out!
Linear Park is your back yard. Walk or ride a bike on the many tracks there are to offer. Watch and listen to the numerous Koalas situated throughout this tree studded park. Walk to the Paradise O'Bahn bus interchange which will have you into the City of Adelaide in around 15 minutes and the Tea Tree Plaza shopping precinct within 10 - 15 minutes. Close to shopping centres and schools. All boxes are ticked with regard to closeness to amenities.
