Welcome to Lentara. This outstanding tree studded property is perfectly set up for the horse-loving family.
For the horses, there is an Olympic size sand arena, ten paddocks with watering troughs, two-day yards, and three shelters. For humans, there is a comfortable 1970s family home built for entertaining.
The well thought out floor plan has been split into two wings, with the sleeping quarters to the right and the living quarters to the left as well as the study / fifth bedroom.
The sleeping quarters consists of four spacious yet cosy bedrooms three of which have built-in robes. The master suite has a walk-in robe, ensuite and private access to the balcony overlooking the rolling lawn to the horse yards beyond.
Entertainers will feel right at home here, with plenty of stunning entertaining options for every season. There is a large rumpus room at the centre of the house with a built-in bar and picture window. What a wonderful place to relax with a drink as the sun goes down. The adjacent balcony offers a beautiful place to enjoy a meal during the warmer months. During the cooler months, there's a formal dining room, and the lounge room has a wood combustion heater.
For something slightly different, why not treat your guests to a wine tasting in the large cellar fully equipped for entertaining!
Additional features include a third bathroom accessed from the balcony so you can clean up after a day with the horses, a combined laundry and mudroom as well as a double garage.
Perfectly positioned in the stunning setting of Onkaparinga Hills with Onkaparinga River National Park on your doorstep, the McLaren Vale just over the hill, and the conveniences of Noarlunga Colonnades Centre just a few minutes drive away.
