If you believe Mawson Lakes is all about entertaining on your balcony overlooking a lake with a glass of wine and a cheese platter and then also having a self contained private lower level for guests......
.....then this home offers so much more.
The home looks impressive from the front with its large arch window, black window frames and balcony handrails but is nothing compared to what is inside. The tiled entrance hall makes an impression on entry with recessed wall feature alcove, triple windows and columns, internal access to the double garage, stairs and under stairs storage room. Next is bedroom 4 and the large main down stairs bathroom and Laundry.
This is where this home gets interesting.
At the rear of the lower level is a large bedroom with large double walk in robe, and access to the main down stairs bathroom as well as lake views through large glass windows. There is also a main living area with kitchenette providing a sink and power for toaster and fridge which also has views of the lake and access to the large outdoor undercover entertaining area and rear yard.
You could have someone live on the lower level with their own second bedroom, living and outdoor area or have a cocktail party for guests overlooking the lake with outdoor entertaining facilities without even going up stairs. The second level is even more spectacular with the large white kitchen, stunning dining and family area and huge glass windows and doors with an outlook over the second undercover entertaining area and spectacular elevated views of the large rear lawn as well as Shearwater Lake. The rear of the home is North facing and the undercover entertaining areas provides summer shade but in winter allows sunlight to fill the home. The bright tiles provide a crisp clean feel and the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, corner pantry, dishwasher, stainless steel range hood, cooktop and oven as well as lots of bench space.
The hallway leads you past 2 linen cupboards to the second bathroom which has large glass shower and full sized white bath. The master bedroom and second bedroom are located at the other end of the hallway and bedroom 2 is large enough for a potential home theatre room or parents retreat. Opposite is another large linen cupboard or 2 door study nook. On entry to the master bedroom the large windows make a real statement and make this room feel huge. The balcony area adds a nice touch and the twin walk in robes and ensuite are huge.
Other features include alarm, reverse cycle air conditioning, tubular fencing, electric panel lift door.
