Luxe coastal retreat – 6 beds, 3 bathrooms and good times!
Welcome to 'Getaway on Lewis'; a coastal home that earns its name - and approximately $80k in annual rental returns. From the raked ceilings and rustic brick to the cleverly zoned layout and outdoor setup built for big crowds and the longest summers of your life, everything here is about doing holidays better. Walk in with sand between your toes, pour a drink, and fire up the BBQ. You're already doing it right.
Home;
• Offering six full-sized bedrooms and sleeping up to 14 guests in total, the home is designed for large families, multi-gen escapes or those blissfully chaotic friend group weekends that turn into tradition
• A flexible floorplan makes the most of the home's footprint, with dual living zones sitting on either side of the central kitchen - allowing the noisy, the quiet, and the in-between to all find their space.
• The open-plan living zone stretches under raked ceilings, with enough space to gather, graze, and spread out without stepping on anyone's toes
• The master suite is tucked away and comes with its own ensuite and walk-in robe - your quiet zone when the house hits full volume.
• The starring kitchen brings both style and muscle - with solid acrylic benchtops, a Smeg 900mm freestanding oven, gas cooktop, and a huge butler's pantry that handles the overflow with ease. All placed under rustic Karri timber ceilings/bulkhead
• A large, separate laundry with bench space and storage lets you hide the chaos of wet towels, sandy gear, and whatever else gets dumped mid-holiday.
• Passive design and orientation mean the house naturally rides with the seasons, staying cooler when it counts and comfortable year-round without constant climate control.
Outdoors;
• The Karri-lined alfresco deck is the true soul of the home - with raked ceilings, downlights, built-in audio, and enough room to run lunch into dinner without ever stepping inside.
• A full outdoor kitchen with plumbed sink, prep space, built-in BBQ and room for a drinks fridge keeps the mess outside and the host part of the conversation.
• The deck is wired and ready for a big screen, making it just as perfect for the Boxing Day test as it is for movie nights under the stars.
• An outdoor shower makes light work of sandy returns, rinsing off the salt before it ever sees the floors.
• The backyard is flat, fenced and low-maintenance - ideal for pets and cricket.
• A powered garage handles all the overflow: surfboards, bikes, beach gear, or that side project that follows you to every house.
• Off-street parking for multiple vehicles means there's room for every guest
Services;

• Mains electricity
• Gas hot water
• NBN connected
• Ducted evaporative cooling, split a/c and electric heater

Location;
• Set back in a quiet beachside pocket, you'll bypass the summer crowds, but will always be within a walk of the sand
