Architectural Beauty Nestled Among The Treetops

This stunning 4 bed house is designed by award-winning architect Max Pritchard, and packs a serious style punch. Live life nestled among the treetops in this unique property that has to be seen to be believed! Entrance is to the first floor, where you'll find a gorgeous open plan living and dining with banks of windows framing the panoramic views across the rolling hills of the National Park. You will enjoy the changing seasons watching the wildflowers and blossoms bloom right from the comfort of your living room. A modern galley-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances including gas stovetop, with hardwood timber benchtops and plenty of storage. Your home will be filled with natural light captured across two levels. The home is designed to capture the cool gully breeze for natural cooling in the summer, with the brilliantly designed cross flow ventilation. An enclosed deck off of the kitchen offers the perfect spot for an alfresco meal, with music courtesy of the native birds that make their home in the trees. Down one level, there are three bedrooms all with built-in-robes. The main bedroom has a sparkling modern ensuite, with a second full bathroom to the others. A fourth bedroom or study, plus guest half-bath, is up on the top level. There's a private deck to the main bedroom. If you feel like entertaining, retreat to the substantial outdoor decking and covered pergola with plenty of space for a crowd. Under that, the lowest level offers a peaceful theatre room for those family movie nights, as well as a convenient storage room. Explore the unique covered walkway to yet another entertaining deck, which might just tempt you to transform the workshop into the man cave of your dreams! A secure double garage adjoins. There is also plenty of space to store your boat or caravan with the security of automatic gates providing closed off access from the street. Alpine Road is named for its elevated position, offering glorious panoramic treetop views. There are recreation reserves at both ends of the street, with local primary and high schools within easy walking distance. You're approximately 5 minutes from Westfield Marion and just 10 to Flinders University, making this one suitable for families at every stage.
