AUCTION Sat 17 Apr at 2pm (usp)
Punctuated by its architectural rear extension, the C1930 3-bedroom Tudor that gives a beautifully preserved wink to the universally adored Art Deco era also stands alone on a generous parcel that rolls out the red carpet to the best of Goodwood and Hyde Park. Tasmanian oak floors smoothly transition the light-filled north facing original home to an open-plan addition with soaring glass, timber detailing and a head-turning kitchen, all complemented by a large rear entertainer's deck.
Zoned for the ever-reputable Glenunga International High School, that red carpet extends to a bright education. Head west on Gilbert Street to discover Goodwood Road's cafes and Capri Theatre. A stroll east will quickly uncover the boutiques and acclaimed restaurants on cobbled King William Road. It doesn't get much better than Goodwood.
