OC Real Estate is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Victor Harbor, strengthening its commitment to the South Coast and continuing a period of strong, strategic growth across South Australia.

The launch follows OC’s national recognition as Large Residential Agency of the Year at the 2025 REIA National Awards for Excellence, reinforcing its position as one of Australia’s most respected and forward-thinking real estate brands.

The new Victor Harbor office complements OC’s existing South Coast presence in Goolwa, enabling the team to better serve local clients with trusted expertise, on-the-ground support and a genuine focus on delivering service that goes above and beyond.

OC Co-Founder and Executive Director Alex Ouwens shared his excitement about expanding into one of South Australia’s most iconic coastal regions.

“Winning the national award this year was an incredible moment for our team, and it has only strengthened our commitment to raising the bar in real estate. Expanding into Victor Harbor allows us to build deeper connections with this vibrant community and deliver the kind of local service we are known for.”

OC Co-Founder and Executive Director Nathan Casserly added,

“Our presence in Victor Harbor ensures we are where our clients need us most. It is part of a long-term plan to grow our footprint across the South Coast, while staying true to our core values of care, innovation and exceptional client outcomes.”

The move is led by respected South Coast agents Roger Smith and Gordon Scott, whose deep local knowledge and dedication to community form a perfect match with OC’s client-first philosophy.

The new Victor Harbor office officially opened its doors in August 2025, with a Welcome Day event on 9 October that was warmly received by the local community. The team looks forward to supporting more buyers, sellers and investors along their property journey on the South Coast.
